How many people fit per room. Room types come from your imported room block; a Capacity column in that file overrides these. You can always over-fill — the room just gets a red border.

How to use
The Kalahari floor plan (South + North towers) is built in permanently — no need to import it.
1. Import guests — your rider export, then the volunteer file with "Add to existing". Every column in your file is kept (columns already mapped to Name, Team, etc. start hidden); use ⚙ Columns to show or hide any of them. Fundraising-page URLs render as clickable links. + Add guest adds people manually.
2. Import room block (optional but recommended) — your hotel inventory file with Confirmation #, Room Number, Internal ID / Temp Name, Tower, Room Type, Arrival, and Departure. Nights are calculated automatically from the dates. Rooms outside the block show hatched.
3. Drag a roster row onto a room. The room takes on the guest's team color — the legend builds itself. Click a room to see room-block details, who's inside, edit allowed room fields, remove it from the block, add a hotel note, or move guests. With a roster row selected, double-click a room to drop them in.
4. To unassign: click × next to a person (in the room panel or the roster's Room column), or drag them out of the room panel back onto the roster. Ctrl+Z undoes the last move.
5. Navigate the plan like a map — click and hold anywhere to pan, Ctrl+scroll to zoom at your cursor, or use the slider and floor jump. Type a room number into Go to room… (or the main search box) and press Enter to jump straight to it.
6. Roster columns: click a header to sort, drag headers left/right to reorder, double-click a header to rename it, ⚙ Columns to show/hide. The "Assigned Roommate" column shows who shares each person's room. Double-click any row to edit that guest.
7. Refreshing data: re-import a fresh NeonFundraise export with "Update matching guests" — it matches by MemberID (then name), refreshes every column including amounts raised, and leaves all room assignments in place.
8. Export for hotel produces your hotel sheet as CSV with Guest Name 1/2/3, Team Name, and Notes for Hotel filled in.
Click a legend chip to spotlight that team's rooms. Everything autosaves through one board-state layer in this browser for now — use Backup for a safety copy.
